BOOT CAMPS | ALL LEVEL CLASSES & PROGRAMS
Boot Camps are instructed by Sports Therapist & Trainer, Pro Fitness Athlete and owner of True Mentality Kasia Sitarz. All programs include movement screening, postural & fitness assessment, warmup/cool down, functional circuit training, weekly challenges, nutritional guidance and motivational discussions.TrueMentality is a functional training & boot camp facility with a wide variety of brand new functional fitness equipment supplied by TreadMill Factory.

Sports therapist, pro fitness athlete, and YOUR boot camp instructor Kasia Sitarz primary focus is on proper form, correct bio-mechanics, and the mindset to push through a fun, challenging and effective workout; providing optimal results. Exercises include fundamental movements to keep your body balanced and functional, while minimizing the chances of injury.
